Beth has a passion for almost everything and most likely suffers from adult Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). Luckily, her ability to organize and multi-task allow her to continue with her random interests without prescription drugs. Beth's love of crafts and sewing began at a very young age. Her grandmother had a tiny room in her house filled with fabric scraps and thousands of patterns. It was here that Beth learned: 1) when you get frustrated while sewing, put your work down and step away for a few hours; 2) leg warmers should not be made with cotton fabric; 3) do not use a lazyboy chair as an ironing board.

 Beth took a slight detour from her artistic passions when she graduated high school and embarked on an adventure at the United states Naval Academy (www.usna.edu) and a five year tour as a Surface Warfare Officer (driving large grey naval warships). Her backlogged inspiration hit full force in 2003 while sitting in a 'getting out of the navy' brief where she had an epiphany that one day she would have her own business. She then proceeded to draw various designs of children's quilts. It has been a nonstop whirlwind of fun ever since!

Andrew was born in Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, VA. He has lived in Virginia, Kentucky, and Maryland. Andrew is currently in the second grade at Benfield Elementary School where he plays soccer and is a member of the Cub Scouts. In his free time he enjoys collecting rocks from wherever he might travel. He is also a great artist!
